How can we acquire baseline data and information?
Proceed to the City Planning and Development Department and fill out the request form indicating the type of data/ information needed.
Do we have to bring our own storage media?
Researchers have to provide their own storage media (e.g. flash drive, writable CD-ROM etc.) for transfer of requested data/ information.
Is the data request free of charge?
All data request are free of charge, however, photocopying and storage media provision is at the expense of the researcher.
Can it be facilitated through electronic mail?

FOR BDP PROCESSING
Who can process the Annual Barangay Development Plan (BDP)?
Only Barangay Officials are permitted to transact and process the BDP.
What are the requirements in processing the BDP?
The accomplished development plans and all corresponding attachments pertinent to the projects proposals (e.g. Barangay Resolution, Certificate of Non-Obstruction, Bill of Materials/ Listing and Cost Estimates of Items to be purchased, Location Plan of Projects, Illustration/ Drawing/ Dimension/ Brief of Description of Projects, Building Permit, Post Evaluation Report of all projects (include actual photographs – before and after) should be presented for evaluation.
